Paul
Kleinberger followed his wife, Miriam,
in to the art of clowning and
Fuddi-Duddy was born.
So was The
Fantastical Mr. Fuddi! And
Dr. Jest
Kidding, too!
He has garnered many awards and
accolades over his clowning career to
include the prestigious Shorty Award.
Paul has been designated a COAI Top Ten
Clown. In 2004, he was part of the
Second Place Group Skit winners in the
international group skit competition
conducted as part of the Clowns of
America International Convention in
Texas. In 2006, Paul was proclaimed to
be a MASTER Of Laughter by the Capital
Region Clown Arts Festival.
As Fuddi-Duddy, he appears at many
private functions, community events and
fund raisers around the Capital Region.
When not clowning around, Paul manages
Smiles Unlimited, LLC in Loudonville,
New York, a family entertainment
enterprise. Paul was named
2004 Business
Person Of The Year by the Business
Advisory Council and added to the roles
of Who's Who in American Business in
2006.
Paul is also noted for his participation
in several clown arts groups and
organizations. He has served as
Secretary and President of the Electric
City Clown Alley, Treasurer of Clowns On
Rounds, Incorporated and Chairman of the
Northeast Clown Council. Paul is a
founding member of the Greater Northeast
Clowns, Incorporated. He founded The
Fuddi-Duddy Institute For The
Advancement of Smirks, Smiles, Giggles
and Belly Laughs, COAI Alley #369, is
the Director of the Capital Region Clown
Arts Festival. He co-founded Red Nose
Relief and serves as its vice-president.
Paul has served Clowns Of America
International as its Executive Vice
President since 2002.
Family events,

Fuddi-Duddy specialty.
